Location: Walking Well - Pantyffynon (Ammanford) Starting at Pantyfynon Rugby club (SA18 3HL) Following a path through woodland and fields to Betws ,then walking through the village to Betws Park ,a gentle walk around the park following the River Amman ,then join the foot path back to the rugby club .This is a 3 mile flat walk no stiles ,dogs on short leads allowed . Meet 10am Llandeilo rail station start walk at 10 30am
