Portsmouth Ramblers Coach Walk to Shaftesbury. There will be a choice of two walks: a short walk of about 7 miles and a long walk of about 10 miles – details to be confirmed. Both walks will start from points outside of Shaftesbury and end in Shaftesbury. We hope to start the walks to give views of Wardour Castle (to be confirmed). As an alternative to walking you could spend time in Shaftesbury and its many attractions.

LocationMorning pick up time about 8.15am, first pick up point (to be advised) and second in central Fareham; estimated arrival time at start of walks near Shaftesbury 10.00am; return pick up in Shaftesbury 17.30; arrival back at Fareham and first pick up point (tba) estimated at 19.30. Pick up Points: first pick up point (tba) or central Fareham (parking charges).
