Elsdon is a beautiful village set in a natural amphitheater formed by the surrounding hills that provide excellent walking. The village itself, a lovely spot to finish in after a day of walking, is a ring of light honey coloured stone buildings set around the perimeter of a huge teardrop shaped village green that slopes gently downhill from north to south.

The coach leaves from Claremont Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 4PT
It will be there for boarding from 9.00am and will depart at 9.30am
The coach leaves our finishing point at 18:00 pm to return to Newcastle
Refreshments are always available at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle
