North Yorkshire has some fabulous scenery, none more so than Wharfedale where our trip is to today. We will coming from the North over the watershed at the top of this magnificent valley and start walks from the Buckden area and further down closer to our destination, the village of Kettlewell, famous for it's scarecrow festival. (You may see some leftover from the event).
Our coach will drop parties of walkers and leaders from their starting point and all walks will finish at our destination today. There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from. Details of the walks will be available from our webpage and will also be passed round the coach on the day.
There will be time to take refreshments at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.
If you want to join a walk with us for the first time just eMail tyneswalk@gmail.com to book.
