You can't beat a bit of Wensleydale, just ask Wallace and Gromit. Today's trip is to Hawes, at the very heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Walks will be ranged along the classic James Heriot scenery coming from the east from Wensley, the village that that gives the Dale it's name.
PLEASE NOTE. We've had to move this trip from the original date of 13th September due to our pick up point being affected by the Great North Run.
Our coach will drop parties of walkers and leaders from their starting point and all walks will finish at our destination today. There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from. Details of the walks will be available from our webpage and will also be passed round the coach on the day.
There will be time to take refreshments at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.
If you want to join a walk with us for the first time just eMail tyneswalk@gmail.com to book.
