| Description | Telford & East Shropshire Ramblers members are invited to join an all inclusive short break holiday in the beautiful Lake District 04-Oct-2007 to 08-Oct-2007 organised by, and with, Shrewsbury Ramblers. The holiday is in the beautiful Monk Coniston HF hotel. Twin rooms and doubles are available for couples and for members who want to or are willing to share a room. There will be a full programme of guided walks available from longer hill walks around famous local peaks, to shorter lower lakeside and local interest walks. A welcome cream tea on arrival, packed lunches as well as breakfast and evening meals, are all included, for only £499 per person. Activities are led by trained volunteers, but you take part at your own risk. Please ensure you’re fit to participate and discuss any medical or support needs with the organiser beforehand.
